Submit the form below to permanently delete your gravity account and the data tied to it. Every request is handled by a person on our team.

How to request
- Submit the form using the email address your gravity account uses, so we can find and verify your account.
- Need only certain data removed instead of your whole account? The form has a field for that — just describe what you'd like deleted.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately in your device's store settings to stop billing.
- Account deletion is permanent — your progress, streaks, and decks can't be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Account information — your email address, sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or email), and display name.
- Learning data — all progress, streaks, decks, vocabulary, and spaced-repetition (SRS) state tied to your account.
- Session recordings and analytics — PostHog session replays and product-analytics events linked to your user ID.
What we may keep, and why
- Payment and subscription records — receipt IDs, transaction history, and subscription status, kept for tax, accounting, and audit obligations (typically up to 7 years, as required by financial-records law).
- Anonymized analytics — aggregate usage data with personal identifiers removed. Once anonymized, it can no longer be tied back to you.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
